AV Hill
The AV Hill building is one of Europe’s largest biomedical facilities, housing 300 neuroscience and immunology scientists from The University of Manchester’s Faculties of Life Sciences and Medical and Human Sciences.
The six storey, 9,700m² AV Hill building was originally built in 2008 with the future in mind – the fifth floor was left as a shell to develop when appropriate.
Now the fifth floor project has taken place, the newly fitted-out space provides modern laboratories, write-up rooms and office accommodation for University staff and external researchers.
